Official forecasts, live radar and satellite, and every National Weather Service alert, gathered into one calm, clear view and explained in plain language for the places you love. Each layer shows where it came from and how fresh it is, so you always know where the official word stands.

One place for the whole storm
Jehovah, Lord over the storm
StormCrownHD is named for a truth older than any radar: the storm is powerful, but it is not sovereign. Jehovah commands wind and sea, and the clouds are the dust of His feet.
We read the storm with the best science available: official forecasts, radar, satellites and warnings from the National Weather Service and NOAA. Then we explain it plainly, so you can stand watch over the people and places you love.
“Jehovah sat as King at the Flood; Yea, Jehovah sitteth as King for ever.”
“…Jehovah hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.”
I
Read the storm.
Radar, satellite, outlooks and official alerts, explained in plain language with their sources and update times.
II
Stand watch.
Follow home, family, work, routes and events. We watch the official feeds and tell you when a hazard reaches what you love.
III
Stay ready.
Checklists and official resources for before, during and after severe weather, so calm is a plan rather than a hope.
Plain language, plainly labeled
Weather data is precise but rarely plain. AI helps translate it, with firm limits so the official word always stays official.
Every AI explanation carries this label
The Briefing and The Guide are written by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, from the official data StormCrownHD has already gathered: NWS forecasts, alerts and forecaster discussions, plus SPC, NHC and WPC products. It explains that data in plain language. It never makes its own forecast.
Explanations link to the official products they draw on, with issuance times, so you can always read the original for yourself.
AI-written text carries a visible label saying it is an AI explanation, when it was written and how fresh its data is. When the AI is unavailable, The Briefing says so and shows an automated summary of the official data instead.
When a watch or warning is in effect, the official NWS text and instructions lead. The AI never issues, upgrades or cancels an alert, and it points you to local officials for decisions about safety.
